KNZ is a joint venture between two leading, well established architectural and consulting engineering firms based in Jordan;
Faris & Faris architects and Ammar Nabulsi – Office of Architecture.

This joint venture brings together an extensive wealth of experience accumulated within the past 21 years through distinctive architectural commissions spanning across the Middle East and extending well into the Arab world.

Our mission is to create distinctive, environmentally and culturally responsive built environments.

Our firm is a professional framework that brings together a group of creative and enthusiastic architects, engineers, interior designers, project managers, quantity surveyors and cost estimators who share an unwavering commitment to the firm’s clients, the building process and imaginative design solutions that synthesize aesthetic, functional and technical aspects of architecture.

Our work is a multitude of successfully designed and supervised projects mainly in Jordan as well as Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Palestine, Syria, Egypt & others.

Our projects range from private villas to high rise buildings as well as commercial, public and educational buildings, including several museums, hotels & architectural competitions.

Fully equipped to support a project from beginning to end with a team of over 100 architects, engineers and designers, KNZ offers a single point of responsibility for the design, supervision and construction management process, thereby reducing risk, assuring quality and accelerating the complete process, in line with the client’s vision.

KNZ combines senior technical expertise with spirited young talent, utilizing their extensive hands-on experience with many projects from comprehensive planning of multi-phased developments to complete architectural & interior designs.


KNZ houses a group of well-qualified structural engineers with the aim of providing a distinguished service in the civil engineering field; including concrete & steel structures, waterlight & piling foundations, and high-rise buildings.


KNZ brings experts, innovative ideas and technologies to meet and solve challenges through extensive experience in provision and operation of effective, efficient and integrated communications network, document management systems and management Information systems, meeting the latest international standards and client objectives.


KNZ comprises an experienced team and qualified staff, providing full pre-and-post contract quantity surveying, cost estimating and project management services covering most forms of contracts and contract conditions, in use both locally and internationally. KNZ also has facilities for preparing documentation both in English and Arabic languages.
