In collaboration with Steve Howard Designs, this warehouse renovation showcases LADCO’s home interior lines. The design highlights the original structure, painted flat black, contrasted against thick white demising masses. Strategic cutouts provide glimpses between curated spaces, while the building's full height is utilized to create a grand, immersive experience that serves as a neutral canvas for the products.
Material Palette
Original warehouse structures were painted flat black, preserving the windows' aged patina. Polished slabs, white drywall, and marble create a modern, transitional canvas for LADCO’s furniture and rug lines.
