To integrate a new commercial facility into a strictly deed-restricted residential area, we documented local styles to ensure a seamless fit. This modern building blends naturally into the existing neighborhood fabric. The facility features a tennis pro shop, community gym, multi-purpose rooms, and full locker and restroom facilities, balancing contemporary design with established community aesthetics.
Material Palette
A pre-engineered building wrapped in James Hardie shingles and chopped stone, featuring cast accents, black storefront windows, and a signature barrel-vaulted entry with custom exposed metal trusses.
